At The Homeland Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your bathrobes and towels. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
- Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of bathrobes and towels within 7 days from the date you received your order, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for the following:
- Used bathrobes or towels
- Items with damaged packaging or tags removed
- Final sale or clearance items
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thehomelandstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
- Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a bathrobe or towel that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like. We do not charge any additional fees for exchanges, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Processing Time
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 7–10 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
